Using the ECG Mobile app to top up your Credit seemed to be something of a big relief to customers only for those who actually used the app to realize that, it was even worse than taking the long walk to the vending station and joining the long cue to buy your credit.
This is as a result of total failure on the the part of the department in charge of the app management to fully integrate the app into the ECG Vending system.
Sometimes customers has to wait for several days before their meters can automatically load the credit they have bought and paid for. this is as a result of the App failing to provide the customer with a Token number with which to load the credit manually using their remotes or android phones
That being said, there is now a new way for ECG Customers on the NURI meter system to recharge or top up their meter credit with so much ease. its fun and its interesting. this is what i call innovative excellence. sometimes i just buy credit in the night just to confirm that it still works 100%.
